Do Not use stretch fabrics - Spandex, Lycra, Etc...
Pressing instructions:
NO TEFLON SHEETS, COVERS or PILLOWS
Temperature: 325 Degrees Fahrenheit
Time: 7 Seconds
Pressure: High Pressure (8-9 Manual, 60PSI Automatic)
Peel: Hot Peel
Do not use a Teflon sheet in between your heat press and the shirt.

* We will not issue refunds for screens that are not applied properly. Please ensure you have an adequate heat press (an easy press will not work for screen prints). To press these transfers you need a heat press. While some do have luck with the Cricut easy press , it is not recommended. Lower priced heat presses tend to have unsteady temps. As a tip. I recommend checking your heat press temperature if you are unsure if it's a steady heat.
