Do Not use stretch fabrics - Spandex, Lycra, Etc...
To press these transfers you need a heat press. While some do have luck with the Cricut easy press, it is not recommended. Lower-priced heat presses tend to have unsteady temps. As a tip. I recommend checking your heat-press temperature if you are unsure if it's a steady heat.
